Our Promise

When you work hard in school and get into some of South Carolina’s best colleges, there should be a path to graduation. Yet for many students and their families, the scholarships, grants, and student loans available still leave a gap of $10,000 or more each year. For public school students who live in one of the eligible counties, our promise to you is this: if you work hard, meet our simple eligibility checklist, and attend one of our state’s best colleges – we will support you with up to $40,000 in total college scholarships.

The Meeting Street Scholarship Fund is available to graduating seniors in these counties:

  • Barnwell
  • Charleston
  • Clarendon
  • Darlington
  • Dillon
  • Florence
  • Jasper
  • Lee
  • Marion
  • Marlboro
  • Williamsburg
