Abby Kaiser supports recipients through first-year retention, work experience, employment outcomes and alumni engagement. Previously, she served as senior director of college and career preparation at Uplift Education in Dallas.

Ellie Hagan supports outreach, admissions and recipient programming for the Scholarship, serving both incoming and enrolled recipients. Previously, she was an associate teacher at Ashley Hall and an operations specialist at the Fisher House.

Ailsa Russell manages Scholarship awards, overseeing recipient eligibility and distribution of Scholarships, as well as data systems and reporting. Previously, she was an analyst at Goldman Sachs.

Josh Bell, a visionary education leader and advocate for education reform, serves as president of Beemok Education. Previously, he founded Teach for America in South Carolina and later led the Meeting Street Scholarship Fund.

John Huber-MacNealy leads the team that manages the Scholarship. He directs strategy, partnerships, and program development to ensure student success. Previously, he founded an innovative college access program and was an award-winning classroom teacher.
