Who we are
The Meeting Street Scholarship Fund is a privately funded scholarship that helps hard-working students pay for college without taking on significant debt.
High-achieving students with demonstrated financial need who maximize state and federal scholarships and financial aid still owe more than $10,000 annually on average for college tuition, housing, food and fees.
Our Scholarship covers that gap, eliminates the need for burdensome student loans and enables students to pursue college dreams.

Reside in an eligible county
Graduate from a public high school
Earn the SC LIFE or Palmetto Fellows Scholarship
Complete the FAFSA and receive a Pell Grant
Enroll in an eligible SC college

We are no longer accepting applications for the 2026-27 school year. Fill out an interest form to be the first to know when we’re accepting applications for the 2027-28 school year.
